Insurance and Billing
We're happy to help you with any insurance questions you have. We work with most dental insurers. We do not, however, participate in any HMO or DMO plans. Feel free to call our office and we will be happy to go over the PPO plans that we participate in. We will also go over your policy with you, try to maximize your benefits and submit the claims for you. Please keep in mind you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. WE DO ASK THAT YOU PAY YOUR PORTION AT EACH VISIT. Please do not hesitate to call us and ask any questions you may have. That is what we are here for!
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
